🛒 Products, Orders & Bulk Deals
Q1. Are your diecast models authentic and licensed?
Yes, every product on CarsCartel is officially licensed from renowned manufacturers and brands. We do not deal in unbranded or counterfeit items.
Q2. Do the models have movable parts?
Most premium models feature openable doors, hoods, trunks, and working suspension or steering, depending on the brand and scale. Product pages include these details.
Q3. I want to place a bulk order for resale or gifting. Can I get a discount?
Yes. We offer custom bulk pricing for events, corporate gifting, collector clubs, or retailers. Contact us at carcartel9911@gmail.com or call +91 77779 84270 with your requirements.
Q4. Do you accept custom or pre-order requests for rare models?
We don’t currently support custom model manufacturing. However, you can request rare models, and we’ll notify you if they become available in future collections.
🎁 Packaging, Gifts & Personalization
Q5. How is my order packaged?
All items are packed in secure, tamper-proof boxes with protective material to prevent transit damage. Fragile and premium items receive additional cushioning.
Q6. Can I send a model as a gift to someone else?
Yes! You can add a different shipping address at checkout. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping or custom notes, your invoice will not include pricing.
📦 Shipping & Delivery (More Details)
Q7. What if I missed the delivery?
Our courier partners make up to 3 attempts. If unreachable, the product will be returned to us. We’ll contact you, and you may need to pay additional charges for re-shipping.
Q8. What if I accidentally entered the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address and are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect details.
Q9. Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Not at the moment. We provide express shipping (₹99 flat), with 5–7 day delivery depending on your pin code.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations (Extended)
Q10. What if the product is broken inside the box but the package looks fine?
Open the box on video as proof. If any internal damage is found, send us a video and images within 24 hours to be eligible for return/replacement review.
Q11. Can I request a replacement instead of a refund?
Yes. If a product is defective or incorrect, we’ll try to replace it first (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, we’ll initiate a refund.
Q12. Do I get full refund including shipping charges?
We deduct ₹200 handling/shipping fee for returns unless the issue is our fault. Original express shipping fee (₹99) is non-refundable.
Q13. How do I know if my return is accepted?
Once we inspect the returned item at our warehouse and verify the claim, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Q14. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, view history, and receive early access to new launches.

Q16. Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. All our product prices include GST, and invoices can be downloaded or requested via email.
Q17. Are there any warranty terms on models?
Diecast models are collectibles and do not come with manufacturer warranties. We only accept returns for shipping damage or wrong items.
Q18. Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely. Our platform uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards. We never store your card details.
