This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased through https://carscartel.com. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by this Policy along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please refrain from placing an order.

 

 

 

1. Serviceable Locations

CarsCartel currently offers delivery only within India.
We do not provide international shipping at this time. All orders are delivered to pin codes that are serviceable by our partnered courier companies.

 

 

 

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Post-dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days under normal conditions.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:

    • Location and pin code

    • Courier partner operations

    • Weather disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries. However, CarsCartel is not liable for delays caused by external logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure in Terms & Conditions).

 

 

 

3. Delivery Charges

  • A non-refundable flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable on all orders as an Express Delivery Fee, regardless of the order value.

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes.

 

 

 

4. Delivery Partners & Tracking

We partner with reputable third-party logistics companies for all deliveries. Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an Email and SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can track your order status using the tracking link provided.

 

 

 

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
If the order is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Unreachable customer contact

  • Refusal to accept delivery
    …the order may be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

 

 

6. Prepaid and COD Orders

  • We support Prepaid orders (debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected pin codes and is subject to courier availability and risk review.

  • Customers must verify pin-code eligibility before placing a COD order.

Note: Orders to unserviceable pin codes or flagged addresses will not be processed.

 

 

 

7. Product Damage During Transit

We take utmost care in quality packaging. However, if you receive a damaged or tampered package, you must:

  • Refuse delivery at the doorstep

  • Do not open or accept the product

All damaged item claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery attempt to be eligible for resolution or replacement.

 

 

 

8. Undelivered Orders & RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is marked undelivered by the courier and returned to us:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • You may request a re-dispatch, but additional shipping charges may apply.

  • In case of a refund (for prepaid orders), we will process the refund within 7 working days, excluding delivery charges.

 

 

 

9. Force Majeure Clause

In line with our Terms of Use, CarsCartel shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public health emergencies

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Transport disruptions

  • War or governmental restrictions
